Terms of Sale, Shipping, and Returns
Sale
Purchase is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Orders generally ship out within 1-7 business days unless otherwise noted. There may be a delay due to unforeseen events. You will receive an email notification once your package ships.
Orders shipped within New York State are subject to applicable sales tax.
US Shipping
Items with the default ‘Economy Shipping’ selected will be sent with either USPS Media Mail, or Ground Advantage services, at our discretion, and may take up to 8 days once shipped. Selecting USPS Priority should ensure arrival within 3 days once shipped.
International Shipping
The ‘Economy’ shipping option uses the lowest cost USPS service from the United States. Delivery could take up to 4 weeks, and is available world wide with the exception of prohibited territories. Selecting ‘First Class’ will be expedited, and includes tracking where available.
Risk of Loss
All products purchased from this website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by Studio Nicolas. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Studio Nicolas delivers these items to the carrier
Cancelling Orders
Please let us know by email promptly if you have made an error in the order, or you wish to cancel. Cancellation with full refund is possible only for orders that have not yet shipped
Returns
If there is an issue with delivery or if an item becomes damaged during transit, please contact us by email and we can help you out. Also contact us if you are not satisfied with an item for any reason. Return shipping cost is the purchaser’s responsibility, refunds are processed upon receipt of the returned item.
